Karena is the assistant in the toddler room at Elena Montessori. Shewas born and raised in the Valleyand hasspent thepast threeyears workingwith childrenin aMontessori setting.Through her experience, she has seen how the Montessori methodsupports each child in reaching their fullpotential. Oneof themost rewardingparts ofher workis watchingchildren growand seeing theirunique personalities come to life in the classroom. Karena is veryhands-on and playful— truly a kid at heart—which allows her toconnect naturally with the children she works with.

While she has a personalpassion for fashion, her greatest fulfillment comes from supportingyoung learners as they explore, discover, and grow.
