Chandini Dev is the Infant Lead Teacher at Elena Montessori, known for her nurturing spirit and
deep dedication to early childhood education. With a strong passion for working with infants and
toddlers, Chandini brings years of hands-on childcare experience through her work in in-home
daycare, where she focused on providing a safe, loving, and developmentally supportive
environment. She is CPR certified and committed to fostering each child’s growth with patience,
creativity, and care.
Chandini holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s degree in International Banking from
India. She is currently furthering her education at Gateway Community College in Phoenix,
reflecting her belief in lifelong learning and continuous personal development. Her broader
professional background has also strengthened her communication, organization, and problemsolving
skills—qualities that greatly enhance her work in the classroom.
As a proud mother of two—her daughter is 20 and her son is 16—Chandini deeply understands
the importance of trust, empathy, and connection when caring for young children. She values the
opportunity to build strong, meaningful relationships with families and takes pride in supporting
each child on their early learning journey.
Outside of the classroom, Chandini enjoys traveling, hiking, and remodeling houses. These
interests fuel her creativity and curiosity, which she brings into her teaching every day.
